shifty

Word used to describe someone/something that's just...off. You can't put your finger on exactly what it is, but something about that person/thing is just disturbing/sketchy/suspicious/creepy/unsettling.

I don't think Janelle's innocent. I think she framed her roommate. She seems kinda shifty to me...

popular kids

Kids who are hated by geeks and rejects because of jealousy. The jealous kids may say things like "I could be popular if i wanted to" but they know they can't. After all, it's not the popular kids' fault the geeks act strange and wear wierd clothes.

The popular kids aren't so bad once you get to know them.

band geek

Nerd who does nothing but band. Has no life and only hangs out with other band kids. These types of kids are made fun of at school (I wonder why...).

"Whatcha gonna do, band geek? Empty your spit valve on me??"

in crowd

Popular kids. Not so bad once you get to know 'em. Don't be hatin' cause we're too cool 4 u.

Those anime-drawing freaks have a problem with what they call the "in crowd." Maybe if they did sports or had a life, they would be popular too.

cross country

A difficult sport that involves lots of long distance running. Cross country involves running about 5-12 miles a day for practice, and 5 kilometers for every race at the high school level. Cross country is somewhat related to track. However, track is shorter distances over a rubber surface while cross country is a long distance race over grass and/or trails.

Our cross country team kicks ass.
