A funeral is the ceremony that is held when the body of someone who has died is buried or cremated.
If you know the deceased, "I'm so very, very sorry. He was a wonderful man."
If the person was, say, a relative of a friend, and you're attending the funeral to give support for your friend, you might say how sorry you are, and then, "Fred had nothing but good things to say about his Uncle John. He had a huge impact on his life, and he loved his uncle dearly."

A conquistador was the name given to the Fifteenth-to-Seventeenth century Spanish and Portugese soldiers who conquered much of the world, most famously the Central and Southern Americas. Not nice guys, but effective, and the term is still used today to describe certain people â ruthless business types, etc â who are brutally efficient at what they do. The most famous conquistador was the Spanish adventurer, Hernando Cortes, who subdued the mighty Aztec Empire of Mexico. The word comes, not surprisingly, from the Spanish verb conquistar, "to conquer."
It does not show that the namers were prophets or wise judges, for the Spaniards really knew California not at all for more than two centuries, and then only as a genial but rather barren land; but it shows that the conquistadores mixed poetry with business and illustrates the glamour thrown about the Northern Mystery

Everyone has a mirror to see themselves, but everyone loves their reflection only from their own mirror, because a servant never fails to be loyal to the owner. Whereas the mirror that others show you is from their perspective and youâll not like to see the true image that is not from your own mirror, which is impossible because the servant never does what the owner wonât like.

Mental strength and inner peace go hand in hand. Mentally strong people are confident that they can handle whatever life throws their way.
That's not to say they don't feel pain or that they don't get sad--they experience their emotions on a deep level. But they don't waste energy wishing things were different or trying to change other people. They stay focused on managing their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
