London slang.

To 'skank' is to flinch dramatically when someone pretends to assault you.

Roadman: "Oi shookhead!"
Tim: "What did you say! Come over here then and say it!"
Roadman: (Goes over to Tim and thrusts his body towards him, pretending to swing a punch)
Tim: (Jumps back in shock and flinches violently)
Roadman: That's what I thought. You SKANKED. Stay in your lane shookhead!
