A really not big funny guy originating from Austria-Hungary who moved to Germany and did not big funny things in World war 1. He grew a mustache, said some really big funny speeches to the German people and became dictator, didn't like a certain minority, and began a not big funny war that not many people know

Person A: "Hey you know about Adolf Hitler?"
Person B: "You mean the really big funny mustache man?"
Person A: "Yeah xd"
