right

A filler word used at the end of a sentence as a verbal tic. Right is also used to interrupt someone speaking. Right is also used in a condescending way to let someone know you already knew what they communicated. Right disrupts the flow of language comprehension and shifts the communication style to talking down to the listener instead of communicating with the listener.

"Do they have access to enough soap and water..."

" Right."

" ...Or hand sanitizer?"

"Those links tend to be correlative, right?"
