A focal point around which irrational and unthinking Gen Y young people, whose parents have made the internet their primary baby-sitter, take out their blame for all the world's problems they do not understand the complexities of. They alternately name Bush the most sinister, plotting conniving, manipulative human being that has ever lived and the most stupid, naive hick to ever steal the election. Gen Y brats get their marching orders from vapid Hollywood elites who, in turn, get theirs from multi-billionaire foreign currency swindlers and washed up movie stars.

That George W. Bush is so incredibly dumb and moronic he stole two elections and pulled off the largest conpiracy in human history, 9/11.
