guilt sweat

The little drop of sweat that dramatically and comically shoots off the side of your face when you’re doing something that maybe you’re not supposed to be doing.

Emily: I just ate an entire container of rocky road straight out of the tub!
Alan: Ah, that explains the guilt sweat!
