SCOD

Sexy Cause of the Day. A SCOD a cause or event used to mobilize political cracktivism and/or drive a slow news cycle. Those with nothing better to do are irresistibly drawn to to SCODs (see SCODsexual) and are known to move in large, unpredictable SCODmobs.

The dueling SCODmobs were hypnotized by the spectacle of an anti-abortion drag queen storytime.

cracktivist

A person who lives to protest. It doesn't matter if they are supporting completely contradictory causes, they will be there in full costume defining their entire identity using the current cause they are supporting. See cracktivism.
