A hot rod term that describes an American muscle car with dual exhaust, that has two mufflers (usually Flowmasters) and a large differential visible when seen from the rear.

Me and my buddy were out cruisin' and my buddy says, Wow, check it out, that Camaro is "the Bitch with the Nuts!"
