The meaning of "cunt" is a very rude word only used when one (a person) is being an asshole and if you want to be more polite and still say cunt just call the person that is being a cunt a Todd because it means the same thing.

In a polite way, " that guy is being such a todd"
Rude way, " what a fucking cunt"
