Smart enough to know how to do something, but too damned stupid to realize that you really shouldn't be doing it.

My daughter is smart enough to know how to operate our microwave, but too damned stupid to realize that when you cook a ginderbread man cookie in it for 22 minutes, s*#t is going to happen! She is incredibly smarpid!
