When communicating through a chat app platform to speak with customer service, chatbot carrousel is what happens when you have a circular conversation with a chatbot.
There is no real person on the other end, the conversation is a series of auto-responses that never effectively address your issue, but you keep tryingâhopping to have a different outcome. The conversation goes around and around until you are using all caps and swearing off digital for an analog life for the rest of your years.
Chatbot carrousel is a zero sum game, where their is no winning on the part of the living person. Itâs a direct vortex into a digital hellscape.
