The African surprise

When you fly to Africa put on gloves and touch an infected body with ebola. Then you

fly buck and finger a girl with the same gloves on.

After two weeks you visit her in the hospital and say to her with an African war lord accent "surprise"

"oh men i gave that girl the African surprise last night"
