When you clean your penis.
Many people use this word since its an easy way of just saying “cleaning my penis”

Person: “hey, i think you need to cleanus...”
Someone: “yeah, I probably do, I haven’t in a week.”

Smotheling

When you’re sitting on the toilet and there isn’t any toilet paper left, so you use your shirt.

Someone: “dude i just had to smothel-“
Other guy: “ew smotheling is disgusting”
Someone: “there wasn’t any toilet paper”
