Used by Guyanese people to refer to a place in Stabroek Market : where there is a great Market Clock..where Ilegal Trading and the selling of stolen goods are conducted.

" Your phone was stolen?..you should check Under The Clock and see if someone has it there...get the Police involved and repossess it".

Budday

A term of endearment: a derivation of the term "buddy' ..Usually used by Guyanese people to refer to a friend, pal or colleague. It is used in greetings usually.

"Wuh goin on Budday?"

A word: usually used in Guyana, to describe a Promiscuous woman;usually young...who would easily trade sexual favours for material gain. A Slut or Prostitute
