A mexicasian (mexi-casian)is a mexican who looks like a caucasian because they have light skin and are not very knowledgeable of latino culture and spanish pronunciation and speaking it. They are mexicans who are white/american washed.

For starters it is not said with a j, it is said with an h. So if a mexican doesn't pronounce it the way it is pronounced and says it in english, he is a mexicasian.
