The term used for men who are self-conscious about their genital size, lack of wealth, and overall hatred for their ethnicity. They also tend to overreact, use fake weights and wear gaudy clothing.

Me: Hey want to go to a Mexican restraunt?
Friend: No, I am out of money and hate those outside of my race.
