A random person (Rando) who takes part in scandalous (Scando) activities, such as promiscuous sex, binge drinking and other "socially questionable" actions.

Dutch Rail

A more direct form of the "Dutch Oven". When 'person one' places a straw in their ass, and 'person two' places the other end of the straw in their nostril, and proceeds to inhale a fart.
