Grink

A Grink is someone who is usually small but has a lot of confidence or personality. A Grink is not a good or a bad thing; it simply describes someone who has a lot of presence (even if not obvious at first).

Martha: Valerie is such a grink isn't she!?
Jon: Yes she has such a big personality!!!
