A person that is too damn stupid to be a judge so they just try to put up a front that shows they have power.

Trashtabulas one and only HO residing at Juvenile Court in Ashtabula. A magistrate Believes that he/she is better than anyone else. Beware---if you go to Juvenile Court in Ashtabula- Watch Out For The Ho's!!!!!!!
