This is another name for Senator Chuck Schumer. He's often called "Chucky Schmucky" or just "Schmucky" by those of us in the "chattering class" out here in flyover country.

"Oh, did you see what Schmucky said about pork? Schmucky says we don't care about pork in a stimulus bill! What a schmuck!"
