Noun. A term of disparagement meaning someone who treats other people poorly or otherwise acts reprehensibly.

The term originally comes from Saturday Night Live's Celebrity Jeopardy. Norm MacDonald played Burt Reynolds, who changed his name to "Turd Ferguson" on the podium because "it's a funny name."
