Or
A: You're so kind.
B: Habibi teslam
Or
A: Would you like ketchap with that?
B: Habibi teslam.

An Arabic word used to invite people to share but you don't really mean it. You just wanna be polite.
The appropriate response is 'Habibi teslam'

Ahmad: Hashem! Tfadal!
Hashem: Habibi teslam.
