Ripped}- it means "wrong" "disgusting" "manky" "ugly" "weird" or "sick" (in a cool way, not actually i got the flu sick)
and sometimes you can use it to describe someones reputation.
person1- "your new shoes are ripped man,"
person2- "thanks!
Ripped- it has other meanings, but this version of ripped means washed (not cool, not the thing anymore)
person1- "hey! i got new slime!"
person2- "slime is ripped, go buy some other shit,"
