To regard a person with envy who is still smoking a cigarette after you've already finished yours.

Brendan: Don't judge me but I'm going to smoke another cigarette.
Julie: (Nods in acceptance, immediately feels cigarette envy). Can I hit your cigarette? I'm having cigarette envy.
