A scene person is generally a random, fun, crazy(in a good way) person who, dresses flamboyantly to be different. Its a trend that has taken flight and people are learning to embrace their strangeness. Its origin is the 80's glam rock, the ravers, and J-pop trends. I adore the scene people because they have fun and are themselves. Its a way of self-expression :D.

A phrase coined in 2020 to retaliate against ageism in society in the context that older people need to retire and let go of leadership or fame.

She told her older more experienced coworker to “never pass your torch” to the younger tech savvy employee.
