This meme devouring machine is often found inside his highschool locker. Essam, better known as E, regularly T-poses on his haters. It is a common trait of Es to carry around pop tart generators inside their testicles, this is why he gets all the hoes. You can often see an E in close sexual contact with a female who is trying to make him nut for his pop tart. The only bad trait about an E is that they always seem to steal your girl but with his epic default dance it is compensated.
