Gooch-hole

A medical phenomena arising from a male having an additional X chromosome in which the patient has both a penis and a urethra tucked under said penis. This condition is usually accompanied by a unfortunate side of type II diabetes.

Guy 1: “Yo did you hear that her boyfriend has an extra X chromosome?”
Guy 2: “Does that mean he has a gooch-hole?”
