Notable for being especially trash and NPC like in games such as "super golf" or "deepwoken"

A corrupt politician; will use "pseudopolitics" to get what they want and screw you over in any shape or form if you get in their way.
Known for sitting back and observing and then offguarding their victims when they don't expect it
