is a euphemism for doing nothing but saying you will do something every week.

I appreciate you working on this but we need to have a corporate solution for this.

Any time the spammers use a new vulnerability to generate spam in large quantities. ( usually right after M$ announces a patch for outlook) or any time someone turns up the spambots
