A piece of ass is exactly what it sounds like. It basically referring to a piece of someones ass (most commonly coming from someones dead body).
"Piece of Ass" is the natural agent that stimulates sight and makes things visible.
Person 1: "How was dinner last night?"
Person 2: "It was great, I had a steak sprinkled with pieces of ass!"
