The term fucktuation is an adjective used to describe a fucked/messed up sexual situation, including something unusual that occurred during sex or during a sexual act.

“I’m not sure what to do, I fucked my cousin last night.. and I kind of liked it, major fucktuation”

“I have a bit of a fucktuation, my boyfriend really likes blumpkins but he eats so much red meat. It smells awful”
