The dance that accompanies either the Sugarhill gang song Apache (Jump On It). Alternately Sir Mix Alot's Jump On It can be used.
Originally seen on "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air when Will and Carlton joined a dance competition to win money for plane tickets.

Make sure you play Apache at the party, I can't wait to see those girls jumpin' on it!
