Baja California Sur Mexico - bordered to the north by the mexican state of Baja California, to the west by the Pacific Ocean, & to the east by the Gulf of California. The state has maritime borders with Sonora & Sinaloa to the east, across the Gulf of California.
The state is home to the tourist resorts of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Its largest city & it's capital is La Paz.
The state is divided into 5 regions: Central Desert, La SerranÃa, the VizcaÃno Desert, the Magdalena Plains & Los Cabos.
The local name for the main mountain range is the Sierra de la Giganta & the highest peak is the Sierra de la Laguna

" Baja steak,â the petite tender is a boneless, cylindrical portion of a beef shoulder clod â the same area from which the top-blade or flat-iron steak is taken â & shaped like a mini-beef tenderloin.
Because of the long coastline, much of the state's cuisine is based on seafood, including species not normally eaten in other parts of Mexico such as manta rays. Oregano & a local herb called damiana are common seasonings. The latter is also used as a flavoring for a local liquor. Traditional dishes include breaded & fried clams, machaca & generally accompanied by flour tortillas.

Figgy duff - Canadian pudding made with flour, molasses, raisins, breadcrumbs, brown sugar, & butter. The mixture is stuffed in a cotton bag or cloth, then steamed or boiled in water, serve with whipped cream or fruit custards.

Touton - small pancake made by frying bread dough in pork fat, butter, or both. It is a staple of NFL
cuisine that is served for breakfast, either with fruit jam or molasses. Due to their bread-like texture, it can also be topped with savory ingredients, or split & used as a sandwich .
Moose meat is a big part of the NFL & Labrador diet. Itâs lean, can be cooked in so many different ways. Sausages & Burgers are often found on restaurant menus .

Sniz & Fondue - was a series of animated shorts originally appearing on the first three seasons of the animation-anthology series KaBlam! on the American cable television network Nickelodeon.
The series is about the day-to-day lives of two otter roommates, Sniz and Fondue. Sniz is hyperactive and playfully impulsive, traits that resulted in trouble for himself and his roommate, Fondue. Sniz sports a lime-green Mohawk haircut. Fondue was generally nervous as a result of Sniz's craziness, which resulted in him being on his guard. Fondue sports a blue chef's hat. They live with two other roommates, Snuppa and Bianca.

YInMn Blue , A team of chemists at Oregon State University (OSU), led by Mas Subramanian, was experimenting with rare earth elements while developing materials for use in electronics in 2009 when the pigment was accidentally created.
Andrew Smith, a graduate student at the time, mixed Yttrium, Indium, Manganese, and Oxygen at about 2000 °F. What emerged from the furnace was a never-before-seen brilliant blue compound. Subramanian understood immediately that his team stumbled on a major discovery.
YInMn Blue has the hex code #2E5090. The equivalent RGB values are (46, 80, 144), which means it is composed of 17% red, 30% green and 53% blue. The CMYK color codes, used in printers, are C:68 M:45 Y:0 K:44. In the HSV/HSB scale, YInMn Blue has a hue of 219°, 68% saturation and a brightness value of 56%.
