Verbal DPS

Verbal DPS is a term used to describe something (or someone) that:

a) Provides too much detail or information
b) Speaks excessively
c) Complicates simple ideas

As an observation: "Yo, that's so verbal DPS"
As an insult: "Get your verbal DPS outta here" or "Noone needs that verbal DPS"
