party pump

Hitting the gym for 20-30 minutes for a quick pump before the club or a pool party. The muscles hit are based on the outfit for the party. Protocol is usually high reps 15-20, 2-3 sets and upper body muscles.

Hey Mikey we got 1 hour to get ready for tonight, but first we gotta get a party pump !!!
