Shellie aka Michelle aka Margie and it is defined as a bad sister who refuses to visit or meet with a sibling.

Shellie is also an action, being when someone has time and doesn't use it properly.

I pulled a Shellie today, had 5 hours to several days to do things but instead sat in my closet reading the tags on my shoes.
