A code word often used by police to announce they have a small penis/ tinky winky.

Policeman 1: We have a situation at the corner shop, calling for back up

Policeman 2: Okey Dokey, we are on our way

Policeman 3: Copy that, I will be there ASAP

Policeman 4: errrrmmmm, sorry I’m currently in a sticky situation, I am in the bathroom and have a 10-80 I can’t get out my pants, this is gonna take a while.
