A Jamaican Nig-Nog is when you're friend/enemy has his hand in a fist, and you proceed to knock on the outside of his closed fist. This hurts like HELL!

You: "Oh Yeah, well im gonna give you a Jamaican Nig-Nog"
Gives Guy 1 a Jamaican Nig-Nog
Guy 1: "Oww!! Ok Ok fine you're not gay!"
