Mr tickle.
A man with rather long arms, like that of the mr men character “mr tickle”. He can tickle ladies in areas maybe he shouldn’t touch without them knowing.
He can also do an easy reach around.

Girl 1 -I think someone’s just touched my tits but I didn’t see anyone.
