An act of immense stupidity, usually with comedic motivations, preformed by a person named Nathan or Nathaniel.

Person 1: Are you confused?

Person 2: What?

Person 1: No, are you confused?

Person 2: No

Person 1: Listen to me, are you confused?

Person 2: Jesus christ, are you having another Nathanism?
