When an already shit(horrible) insult is repeated to save said insult just to make such insult worse, it is then referred to as a donkey doodle.

Joe: You smell, Gerald
Gerald:Well you smell worse, Joe
Joe & Gerald say at same time: well wasn't that a bloody donkey doodle?
