Junkie Slit is another derogatory word combination that describes the "females" or "ladies" referring to their only useful features, that are drug addicts, crack heads or frequent needle users from low-socioeconomic status (SES) households. Meaning they have little income or wealth usually found on unemployment benefits or faking a disability for a pension.

Junkie slit is usually a last resort when no other pussy can be found, most will suck you off for $20 work of amphetamine.
