The mere fact that you are sceptical about anything technical.
Not Technophobic, that is a fear, technosceptical is not fear, its just "Do we REALY need this?" type of thinking.

Technosceptical.
Anyone that has ever seen an advert for some gizmo that does 1,000 things you never needed doing in the first place, such as a Can Opener that doubles as a Radio, or a Toilet Roll Holder that plays MP3's, and thought What the HELL?... Is that REALY neccesary?....
That is technosceptical...

Anyone that has viewed some new idea, some new piece of software, some new piece of technology, and thought "I bet its goina go wrong".... THAT is technosceptical...

Anyone that has viewed a piece of kit, with a thousand flashing lights, and thought "Where the hell is the OFF switch"... THTAT is technosceptical...

Nose Fly

Origionaly a description of one of those annoying little gnat flys that however much you try to swat it, hovers about six inch off yer snozzer(nose)....
Now apt for anything that gets too close, or in yer face, in an annoying way.

Any car that uses the two foot in front of your bumper as a gap to squeeze infront of you
Or the car that refuses to be overtaken... you try, and they speed up... when you slow down, so do they.

Any person that gets "In Yer Face", and wont go away.. especialy if they are doin' it on purpose...

bibbing

The making of continual nonsensical sounds just for the sake of making those sounds, often to attact attention, or to cover embarasing silence

Bibbing, Car horn style...
Can be applied to Car Horns, especilay those lazy <deleted> that would rather tap the horn repeatedly rather than get out of the car and knock on the door they are parked next to.

Bibbing, Spoken Word....
Can be applied to those who stand there and go "erm... ahh... ehhh... ahhh... erm... well.. erm..." rather than admit they havn't got a clue

Can be applied to those who stand there and go "But....but.....but....but..." when they have just lost an argument, but dont know how to admit it, or want to admit it....
