To receive a Wilson, or to be Wilsoned, means that a woman on her period removes a bloody tampon, squeezes it in her hand, and slaps her partner in the face, leaving a bloody handprint, similar to the one on the Wilson volleyball in the movie "Castaway."

"Dude, Mark told this chick that she's fat, and she dropped trou and pulled out her tampon! She said " I'm fat, but you're Wilson!" and smacked him right I'm the face! We all LOLOL!"
