People that tend to be very greasy with raised shoulder, long necks, wierd strides, and just are overall people you never want to approach.

person 1: "Hey man look at that guy over there with the hunch back walking real fast.

person 2: "Yea and what the hell do you think is in that huge duffle bag he's got?"

Person 1: "I don't know man but that dude is Steezie."
