A man, often perceived to be homosexual, who enjoys looking at himself far too much.
One who is obsessed with himself/herself.
A man who pays as much attention to his appearance as a woman does.
Often times, one who thinks that he/she is extremely sexy, while in actuality he/she is not at all attractive.

That German kid that always wears a scarf is so metrosexual:he always stares at himself in the mirror.
