A term of endearment used by your friend when he eats some real good spicy food and decides to play with your titties without first washing his hands properly.

Ben: Remember that one time with your spicy boob.

Erica: Awhh did you just call me Spicy Boo?

Ben: ...No?
(mulls it over)
Ben: Yes, yes I did.
