Winnipeg Picnic

Activity wherein the participant(s) sit outside while eating freezies and smoking marijuana out of a pipe (Especially but not exclusively during the winter).

Jane and Peter went for a winnipeg picnic this afternoon despite the cold weather. They got very high.
