A meaningless word used when describing a sexual action performed on a girl to a male friend with that girl in your presence to make her nervous.

James: "So...what'd you guys do last night?"
Me: "Oh you know, a little Russian Twist;)"
Girl to self: "Oh god what did he just mean?"
